Keith Lavan has served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of specialty pharmaceutical companies including Akrimax Pharmaceuticals, Mist Pharmaceutical and Methuchen Pharmaceuticals. He recently led the merger of Methuchen and Neurotrope Pharmaceuticals and subsequent NASDAQ listing of the combined entity (Petros Pharmaceuticals). Keith holds a BS in accounting from Keane University.

Edward Garcia, MBA. is the Former VP of Business Development for British Oxygen Corporation’s (BOC) medical gases business. In this capacity, Mr. Garcia completed over $200 million in M&A transactions. Mr. Garcia holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Management.

Mark Jordan is currently Managing Partner of PharmStrat Inc. a consultancy that provides representation to specialty drug manufacturers at key managed care, drug wholesale and retail accounts.  Mr. Jordan previously served as Senior VP of Sales & Commercial Operations for Metuchen Pharmaceutical and head of managed care and key accounts for Mist Pharmaceuticals and Akrimax Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Jordan has held positions of increasing responsibility in hospital sales and national accounts with Lederle Laboratories (currently Pfizer), Mylan and Reliant Pharmaceuticals. He holds BS from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Susan Burns, Esq. is currently a partner at Vaughan Baio and Partners, a law firm based in Philadelphia with offices in New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Susan has over 25 years of experience in a variety of legal disciplines and has litigated cases involving commercial law, intellectual property and employment matters. She earned her law degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark and is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Charles Pollack, MD is a clinician-Scientist in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine.  He has long been active in teaching and clinical research and is an international leader in emergency medicine. He is the only physician to have received the American College of Emergency Physicians’ highest national awards in both teaching and research; he also received the national teaching award from the Council of Emergency Medicine Residency Directors. He is the only US emergency physician to be elected a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology. His primary research interests are in the management of thrombosis, reversal of anticoagulation, and other aspects of critical care. Dr. Pollack has written more than 500 original research articles, chapters, and abstracts, and serves on the editorial boards of several journals and on the steering committees of multiple national and international studies. He is the principal investigator on multiple ongoing trials and studies in the emergency, critical care, and out-of-hospital settings.  He is a veteran of the US Navy and US Marine Corps.

Robert Schiff, PhD is the founder and CEO of Schiff & Company, a Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Clinical Research Organization, established in 1982.  Prior to founding Schiff & Company, Dr. Schiff served with a number of companies including:  the Warner Lambert Company as Group Vice President, Diagnostics Research and Development; Hoffmann-La Roche, Inc. as Director, Department of Diagnostic Research and Product Development; the J. T. Baker Chemical Company (Richardson-Vicks) as Director of Research & Development, Diagnostics Division; the Hyland Division Travenol Laboratories (Baxter) as Manager, Serology Research; and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy at Tufts University Schools of Medicine and Dental Medicine.  Dr. Schiff has authored over 60 publications and holds several patents on medical products.  He received his BS from the City College of New York, MS from Iowa State University, and PhD from the University of California at Davis.  He was a member of the Graduate Business faculty at Farleigh Dickinson University, and also lectures on International Business and Compliance with FDA rules and regulations.  He serves on the Boards of several companies, is a member of the Editorial Board of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, is a Fellow of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and is listed in Marquis’ Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in Science & Engineering, and American Men of Science.  Dr. Schiff is certified in Regulatory Affairs and is a Certified Quality Auditor.
